En 2018, n\u00e9 le projet de d\u00e9localiser le laboratoire de Saint-Maur pour s\u2019installer \u00e0 Sucy-en-Brie et ouvre la seconde boutique dans un cadre exceptionnel.<\/p><p>Riche de son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en concours nationaux et internationaux, prim\u00e9 de plusieurs m\u00e9dailles d\u2019or de la Coupe de France de la P\u00e2tisserie en 1995 et d\u2019une s\u00e9lection nationale \u00e0 la Coupe du Monde de la P\u00e2tisserie en 1996, il d\u00e9cide de se sp\u00e9cialiser en chocolaterie et se voit r\u00e9compens\u00e9 au salon du chocolat en 2016 par un Award d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par le Club des Croqueurs de chocolat ainsi qu&rsquo;une tablette d\u2019Argent, une tablette d\u2019or et le coup de c\u0153ur du guide, ce qui le propulse au rang des 20 meilleurs chocolatiers de France cette ann\u00e9e l\u00e0.<\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0Ce titre est une reconnaissance professionnelle d&rsquo;un travail que j&rsquo;aime partager. J&rsquo;attache beaucoup d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 la transmission de mon m\u00e9tier et forme r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des apprentis. Je propose \u00e9galement des cours aux particuliers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Dominique RIOBLANC, Ma\u00eetre Artisan Chocolatier, accompagn\u00e9 de son \u00e9pouse Christelle vous font d\u00e9couvrir leur univers chocolat\u00e9 \u00e0 travers de<\/p><p>Dominique est un ancien p\u00e2tissier qui s\u2019est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le chocolat.
